Tim Pahs is an artist/photographer. His photographs capture classic still life scenes from a unique perspective. Each photograph is shot an unusual angle enhancing the depth and dimension of the photo. The frame is actually part of the photograph, many times objects extend outside of and over the frame. The photographs are laminated for protection, mounted on pvc substrate material and cutout to a unique shape by a computer guided router.
The unique style of art photography, Tim calls photo sculpture because it combines photography with a sculpted shape beyond traditional photography.
The subject matter of his conceptual photographs include coffee, coffee beans, fruits, vegetables and other still life scenes which the artist has arranged in a photo studio or taken on location.
Tim Pahs has received numerous awards for his photography, exhibited in galleries, businesses and owned in private collections. |
